Project Description

The project will involve mining of copper and refining it. Ore reserve have been estimated at 5Million tons at a grade of 3%CU and 3g/t gold Resource Verification is required thus, to conduct a resource drilling program to develop geological models and re-estimate the resources.

Project Outcome

      1. Promote growth of copper processing industry in Tanzania;

      2. Lessen dependence on external sources for importation of produced or processed copper;

      3. Encourage local markets for locally processed copper;

      4. Promote export market for locally produced copper;

      5. Promote brand and quality of locally produced copper;

      6. Promote growth and expansion of foreign direct investment.

      7. Creation of employment opportunities to unskilled and professionals; and

      8. Social benefit for the community surrounding the project includes water, health and school services.
